Getting started with ITbrain is simple. Learn how to activate ITbrain on your devices, allowing you to remotely monitor them as well as asset tracking.
To begin activating ITbrain, start by installing the TeamViewer client on the device you'd like to manage. During the installation process, select "installation to access this computer remotely. Enter a computer name, and a personal password. Then, create a new TeamViewer account, or select "I already have a TeamViewer account" and enter your TeamViewer user name and password. This will automatically add the device to your Computers & Contacts list. Once the device is added to your Computers & Contacts list, activating ITbrain is simple. Right click on the device, and under services, activate ITbrain Monitoring. Alternatively, you can also activate ITbrain through the Management Console. Go to login.teamviewer.com, to log in to the TeamViewer Management Console. Simply click on the device, and under the available services pulldown, activate ITbrain Monitoring.
